Status matters. This page records a sourced development, not a completed No Halo investigation. An allegation is not a finding. Dismissals, settlements, judgments, corrections and final outcomes remain distinct.
Donor relevance
Why this matters
The independently conducted analysis offers donor- and taxpayer-relevant evidence about a nonprofit model that channels public funding through local scholarship, credential and student-support organizations. The estimated economic and fiscal returns are unusually large, although primarily projected rather than already realized.
Attribution

The findings were attributed to the Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation and released by Prosperity Denver Fund.
Evidence limits
What remains unverified
No Halo has not independently reproduced the economic model, validated its assumptions, audited the student and investment totals, or established that the projected lifetime earnings and public savings will be realized. The study estimates contribution rather than establishing individual-level causal outcomes.
Right of reply
Organization response
