Status matters. This page records a sourced development, not a completed No Halo investigation. An allegation is not a finding. Dismissals, settlements, judgments, corrections and final outcomes remain distinct.
Donor relevance
Why this matters
The prolonged loss of the main facility constrains the physical setting for services used by people experiencing homelessness, even though the organization has maintained operations at a smaller building.
Attribution
Who reported or established this
Roof Above disclosed the expected closure period and its relocation of services in an October 14 storm-recovery update.
Evidence limits
What remains unverified
No Halo has not independently established the repair schedule, the smaller building’s effective service capacity, total repair costs or whether clients are experiencing longer waits or reduced access.
Right of reply
Organization response
Roof Above said it remained open throughout recovery by moving services to the Depot and that continuing to serve people experiencing homelessness is its highest priority.
