Roanoke Area Ministries reports major expansion of its services for unhoused people
Roanoke Area Ministries reported that it is moving from its longtime RAM House location into the new 12,000-square-foot Jain Care Center. The facility adds a larger kitchen and clothing closet, showers, laundry and space where partner organizations can provide employment help, health care, treatment and harm-reduction services. A ribbon cutting was scheduled for September 25.
