Indigenous Peoples Task Force opened a $12 million art and wellness center, MPR News reported
MPR News reported that Indigenous Peoples Task Force opened the roughly 12,000-square-foot Mikwanedun Audisookon Center in south Minneapolis. The permanent facility brings health and environmental education, youth theater, community meals, cultural practices and healing programs under one roof after the nonprofit had operated programs in classrooms, churches and other temporary spaces.
