Homefull takes over Dayton's largest men's emergency shelter
Homefull became operator of the Gettysburg Gateway Shelter for Men on July 1, 2025, replacing St. Vincent de Paul. About 213 men were staying there when the transition occurred. Homefull said it would apply a housing-first model centered on case management, supportive services and movement into stable housing.
